SHIPPING & RETURNS
All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipments typically arrive within 5-8 business days from the date of shipment.
Your package will be shipped via UPS or other reliable carrier. Final delivery on select UPS shipments may be made by the United States Postal Service. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package. Signature may be required upon delivery.
As your source for facial skin care products, marko & lane takes pride in respecting the environment. We do our best to reduce our carbon footprint and protect the planet at marko & lane by reusing boxes and packing materials whenever possible. If something can’t be reused, it is recycled.
UNDELIVERED & MISSING PACKAGES
Please report lost/stolen packages to our Customer Care Team at email@example.com immediately so we can begin investigating the problem.
If for some reason your package is refused or we are unable to deliver it, you will be charged a $15.00 fee for UPS and USPS packages. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
Change of Address After Shipment
If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note that you will be charged an $15 fee to re-route the order. This option is only available for UPS orders. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package.

OUR RETURN POLICY
marko & lane is dedicated to bringing you the best in facial skin care for your skin regimen. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re happy to go over your concerns and chat about the best way to get the most out of your purchase.
If we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase.
When you return a product, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.
We sincerely appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to this return policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Multiple return requests are subject to our review. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately to get instructions. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
If an order is cancelled after it has begun the fulfillment process, it will be subject to a $15.00 fee for USPS shipments and a $15 fee for UPS shipments.
International orders cannot be canceled. Refused international orders will be assessed the full shipping costs and a $30 handling fee.
If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $15.00 for domestic orders and $30.00 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
