Is the Virtual Consultation Free?

YES! The Marko & Lane Virtual Consultation is free. All you need to do is answer the questions and follow the directions on uploading photos of your face. After careful review from our dermatologist, we'll send you a full report of your skin and a curated list of natural products for the option to purchase.

How do I get refills?

Go to our shop and refill individual products or kits.

Do I have to buy the full kit?

Although our dermatologist recommends using all the products for best results, you don't need to buy the full kit. You can purchase the individual products when you get your curated regimen report, or get an even bigger discount if you buy the kit all together. We also have AM/PM Starter kits available if you want to give one a try before getting the full kit.

How do I know what products are right for my skin?

After you answer our FREE questionnaire and upload your photos, our dermatologist will review your information carefully and give you a full report and curated product list especially designed for your skin.

My face turned red after using one of your products, what should I do and why?

Especially in those with rosacea or sensitive skin, redness is common after initial application of new skin products. However, if the redness persists beyond 15 minutes, becomes extremely itchy or painful, or is very irritating, wash off with a gentle cleanser and contact your local dermatologist. How can I find the status of my order?

Once your virtual consultation has been submitted, please give us 24 to 48 hours to reply with your recommended products. After you order the products, you will receive an email when they have been shipped with the tracking number.
